We know that your oxygen concentrator is a vital part of your life and we strive to ensure that you never have to be without it. If your oxygen concentrator needs repair* while still under the manufacturer's warranty, a representative from The Respiratory Store will happily arrange for your unit to be sent to a certified repair center. To ensure you are without oxygen for the shortest amount of time possible, The Respiratory Store will ship you a replacement unit to use for as long as it takes to service your concentrator. We'll also pay for the shipping required to send your concentrator to its service destination.
The average cost of renting a portable concentrator to use during repairs could easily amount to $600, but with the Breath of Fresh Air Protection Plan from The Respiratory Store this service is FREE with the purchase of a portable oxygen concentrator.

How to use the Breath of Fresh Air Protection Plan
- Call our friendly respiratory team at 1-800-628-6347. When calling please reference your original invoice number.
- If our team member can't resolve your issues over the phone and your unit requires being sent off for repair, we will send you a loaner unit while yours is being repaired.
- A security deposit will be required and is completely refundable once the loaner unit is returned in undamaged working order.
- Before the UPS representative arrives with your loaner unit, package your oxygen concentrator ONLY in its original box. Please do not send your battery, power cords, travel bags, or any other accessories.
- Once your loaner unit arrives, open the box and find the "service repair" shipping label. Please place this label on the box containing the unit to be repaired and write the return authorization number in a visible area on the outside of the box.
- Take package to any convenient pick-up store or location.
- Sit back and breathe while your unit is being repaired.
- We will notify you when your oxygen concentrator has been repaired and is ready to ship back to you.
- Once you receive your original unit, please use the address label and our original box to ship the loaner unit back to us.
- When we receive the loaner unit, a representative from The Respiratory Store will inspect the oxygen concentrator to ensure it is in original working order.
- Upon passing inspection your security deposit will be refunded with 24-48 hrs.
